Default Does anybody had any problems/issues when fitting Buddy Club seat rails to a Classic

Hi guys.
I've recently purchased a Buddy Club seat rails to fit Sparco seat in my Classic Sti. Problem I've found is that holes in right rail (next to door) are slightly (around 5mm) mismatch with holes in the floor. It is not a big problem but to get them fitted I had to use a f ile to make them a bit bigger.
Left rail didn't require any modification but to get it sit properly I had to redesign the floor a bit. Just hammered it slightly at the back in mounting hole area.

I'm trying (with Alyn) to find out what is the problem as Alyn told me he never had any issues with them before. Did I get a dodgy units that been wrongly/incorrectly assembled in factory or there is something wrong with my car ?
As far as I know and looking at the floor, my car never had any repairs to it :-(

Any ideas ???

Did you try fitting them without the seat attached first to see how the holes match up?

No, these are for Classic but was told by Alyn that there is no difference between Newage and Classic.

Odd. I had a small issue fitting to my newage, but loosened the seat and then had no issues.

The difference was like a half of the bolt diameter if you know what I mean.
There was no way to fit it without modifying.
