JDM XT's like the FSTi run the three piece classic style exhaust and have the same uppipe as the bugeye STi (no cat)
You will find that the manifold/headers are a two piece version as on the UK MY03 XT as against the standard 3 piece setup for the impreza/later foresters

another up-date.....I had my Grill painted from a company called JustCarClinic, but a few days after the paint job the paint started flaking..so went back to them, they kept the grill for a week, then rung me up to say they have messed it up too much and will pay for a new grill, except the new grill is coming from Japan. ETA 8-10 weeks. so i got my old grill back thinking i'll just paint it black and cover the hole......but then the cogs started turning :icon_idea::icon_idea::icon_idea:......
this is how i got the grill
then i cut the middle bits out
then fiber glassed the gaps, bodyfiller, sanding.........
the final result with my new customised white badge
on the car

they look like them but the light output is completely a different picture. the e bay ones will make a spot of light on the lens, these disperse the light fully in the lens.
few more up-dates.....
rear 2 pots fitted (courtesy of stembo21)
then painted the washer jets, surprised by the amount of difference they make compared to how small they are.....
black jets
colour coded jets

heyyyyyy....update time
early Nov had an incident which left it looking like this
got a wing from e bay for £75, the headlight is a different story. UK headlights aren't XENON, so had to contact main dealer, was quoted £679 + Vat and 2 months. OUCH!!! so got one from Japan my self for about £180 (result)
as it was going to need a front end respray, I had the perfect opportunity for a mod. so started about by cutting the bumper up
stripped off for body shop
bumper being shaped
Drilled out the DRLs
Painted
part rebuild
FINISHED RESULT
