Good Afternoon,
We are emailing to confirm that your Japfest Club Passes have been sent out so are on their way to you.
If you have selected to receive your package by Secure Delivery, the package will need to be signed for.
If for any reason you do not receive these by Monday or there are any problems with your allocation please do not hesitate to contact us on this email address or by calling 01225 788129 .

Taken from the Japfest Website Badmington Trials are on the same day so expect traffic to be heavier than normal.
Traffic: Getting to Japfest 2014
Please read the following information if you are driving to Japfest on Saturday 10th May 2014.
Public attendees
All public car parking and ticket sales for non pass holders will be in the fields across the road from the circuit.
The event will not open until 09:30 so please do not arrive any earlier than necessary as you will be unable to gain access to the show until the gates officially open to the public at 09:30. This is particularly important as the routes around the circuit are going to be busy with both Japfest and Badminton Horse Trials traffic on 10th May which is expected to be heaviest between the hours of 06:00- 09:00.
Please follow the Yellow AA signs to the event as these routes have been identified for Japfest traffic.
Wiltshire Police will be patrolling the event and the surrounding roadways throughout the day. They will be performing spot checks and monitoring speed so please drive carefully.
Club attendees
Please carefully read and follow instructions provided in your club information pack provided by your club secretary.
Allow plenty of time to get to Japfest, as routes around the circuit are going to be busy with both Japfest and Badminton Horse Trials traffic on 10th May. Gates will open to display cars at 06:00.
Remember to clearly display your hanging vehicle pass at all times when approaching and within Castle Combe Circuit, if your vehicle pass isn’t visible you will be directed into the public car park.

JAPFEST - 10th May 2014 at Castle Combe Race Circuit.
CONVOY - The convoy will leave Magor Services at an un-godly hour to avoid the rush. Japfest is chuffing busy and we don't want to be stuck in the traffic jam that will build up later. It is the largest Japanese Car show in the UK and will be hugely well attended. I will be looking to leave Magor no later than 0700 hrs.
TICKETS - As all the tickets are paid for and I have confirmation that these will be issued after the 23rd April, so we will miss the next meeting as an handout. Those attending will have to collect them on the morning of the event.
I have a list of reserves and any withdrawals will be allocated by ME. I will refund any individual costs and re-allocate the ticket.
I do not want another episode of muppets dragging the club name down with their antics on route to or at the event.
