Don't make the leaving time any earlier!!!

I've got to get up half hour before I go to bed to make it to Magor in time.

Had a great day today in good company, enjoyed the drive up and the weather was a lot better than I expected too. Apologies to those who I didn't get to speak to as well. I must say there were some very nice cars on the stand and a very good turn out considering the weather forecast.
Sorry to everyone who missed out on the cakes today but rest assured they will not go to waste. See you all Wednesday evening.

Awsome day ladies and gents loved every min big thanks to cap for sorting another perfect show day.

I enjoyed passing on my knowledge from my tv career to jaz and the boys, I think they really appreciated a pro advice and the tip about using the words "lets do it again" during tunnel runs went down really well, I wouldn't be supprised if you hear that on a top gear soon lol. Some won't know what I mean but just ask me when you see me I'll explain thanks cap for sorting, thanks simb matt and ash for the company

Big thanks to the captain for organising once again

Had a great day, shame about the couple of heavy down pours, I fancy the day went really quick and sorry if I did not speak to anyone, or for very long if I did, but you know what it's like once you leave the car after we arrive and cleaned it you just get lost in the crowds..!

Jay, thank the Mrs for the cakes they were mega once again

Yes it was a very good day despite the rain showers, but not even Ian could order in the weather but despite that the circuit was absolutely heaving.

Good to see so many different marques, it was interesting to see all the different types of car modifications - some good and some not quite so good let's say.

Some of the stands were good, I did enjoy seeing some of the retro 70's and 80's Japanese cars they still look as good now if not better than they were first released.

Even though not to my taste you could see a lot of effort had been put into some of the cars, and some just looked like they had been thrown together with little or no concern for asthetics or even taste.

It was also nice to see two of my old cars plus my current car all within spitting distance of each other, although the Hawkeye is now a 'stance' car you can still see a few of my touches on the car.

Big thanks to the Captain for organising the day, a good day was had by all and I made a little boy's day by letting him drive.

A 22B, 3 Spec C RAs, an S202, a Hatch, a Evo TME, a Jagggwwwwaaaaaarrrrr, RB320, RA's, STi's, Civic's, a Teg, Subaru cakes and vibrating hands .

A very impressive bunch I am sure you will agree. Brilliant day and company! The weather was much better than I thought it would be.
Top Gear, Hammond and May on track was a novel touch. Sorry I left early but me and Jo had to scoot off to Portishead.

Hope you all got home OK . See you next year.

But on the way home, who was the walloping great dick in the Red UK Turbo with the stupid vortex generator?

Evening all,

Firstly a massive thanks to the Captain, for his top organisation skills once again, it looked like everybody arrived at Magor in time, and we got onto stand with some spare time aswell which was great for the PFB (Polish Fetish Brigade) to give the cars a nice finish for all the spectators to see.

Secondly, a huge thank you to Ty for letting me take the Reigns of the 22b, what a epic car it really is. The torque I felt was fantastic from the 2.2, pulling effortlessly from low revs right up through to (almost) the redline in no time with very little lag. A truly stunning motor that offers the "whole package", being a classic owner myself I think there really is nothing else that comes close to this for looks and performance. Thankyou once again ty, your a man of your word any always said (as you have with all your other cars) that I'm welcome for a drive whenever the time arises ,and I appreciate you trusting me to get behind the wheel and try for myself.

Thirdly, I'd like to thank my sidekick Mazi Jazz for the drive down to Magor, and back to Brecon. We had a little time to kill when we got home, so we thought we'd take advantage of the light and put the Spec C Ra thorough it's paces up on Epynt. We had an absolute blast, and as usual he let me give her the beans and had a right hoot coming home I feel very fortunate to have two very good friendswho both have such iconic cars, and even a passenger ride puts a smile on my face let alone taking the reigns. A great way to end a fab day out.

Thanks you to Alisa for the stunning Subaru cup cakes, myself Max and Graham made light work of them and they really where top draw, so thank you again.

To summarise, a fantastic day out, the weather was pretty damn good considering the forecast, unfortunately didn't get to speak to everyone, there sure was a lot going on all day there. The drifters for me were one of the best parts, that really looks like my kind of fun, really good driving skills and car control on show. Watching from quarry corner was a great spot to see them doing they're thing. I do hope the driver who had an accident (I think a lady driver) on the last drift session is ok, it didn't particularly look a 'bad' off but it looked like some damage was done to the car, so impact must have been quite servere.

Cheers again all., will catch up with you soon and hopefully in my car (need to get my **** in gear again and sort these little jobs out)!

Rob

P.s hope nobody got zapped by that sneaky officer with a speed gun on the way home, approximately 5miles from Combe.

Pps. I have quite a few pics of the stand car, I'll try and get around to loading them up as soon as I've worked out how to with Donnas fandagle camera lmfao
