It's not helped though by the fact that we live in a society that increasingly seems to encourage young people to constantly mull over every last little thing that might have caused them some greater or lesser amount of mental anguish during their lifetime. Tragic as her mum's death undoubtedly was, there are plenty of kids who grow up with just one or even no parents, and far less material comfort than PG enjoyed, but don't end up topping themselves.

And how narrow minded, years ago I may have posted something similar about being selfish or whatever but having lost a best mate to bipolar disorder and that my wife works with kids with mental health issues (sometimes suicidal) I can safely say that most people who take their own lives aren't thinking rationally / considering the consequences etc. when they do so. As also mentioned it could be related to a postnatal condition which could well be brought on by chemical imbalances on the brain causing the sufferer to become irrational and severely depressed, not something you have a great deal of control over.
So lets not jump to conclusions and also consider those who have experienced severe depression first hand.

For starters we're all of the assumption here that she took her own life, that really may not be the case, many reasons why a what seems like a perfectly fit young person may drop dead - blood clot, brain hemorrhage, undetected heart defect, etc.

I do 'hope' that it was natural causes.

It's almost a given nowadays when someone who is in the public spotlight dies there is a clamouring from joe public for the worst case scenario as if it would justify some part of their percieved lifestyle, I just dont get that "Heat" magazine et al mindset the public of this generation have with celebrity.

She was actually incredibly bright! The facade that was the "I'm too cool for school" attitude probably gave the impression she was a bit of a dimwit but you only need watch her in a decent debate to know she wasn't thick. She ripped Katie Hopkins apart on Good Morning. Quite an amusing watch.

It's sad to see the attitudes people have regarding things they know little about.
I actually live with a personality disorder, depression and bulimia and it's an endless hell on earth that I wouldn't wish on anybody.
The latest speculation on Peaches seems to be bulimia/an eating disorder.
Which is a possibility, and the electrolyte imbalance would show up in blood test, but whatever the reason, it's still incredibly sad that a young mum has died, in whatever circumstances.
Re:suicide, if it was, I wouldn't judge her for it , but I do feel as a parent you should do whatever you possibly can to be there for your children, especially with her having grown up the way she did.

They are lucky to have anything too eat. When they have something they eat it because that's what humans do, they eat or die!
They don't have the luxury of us in the overly indulged bit of the world.
My niece died a few weeks ago, 38 years old, her 10 year old daughter found her, inconclusive results!

Perhaps they appreciate what they have and realise when they are on to a good thing. As I said, we are over indulgent in the rich nations, not many poor Africa Nations people get many of the disorders like bulimia or asthma, they are too busy surviving and not reading the internet.

Most likely that it was a Heroin overdose that killed her then: http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-27242721
Shame as it leaves two kids without a mother. You'd think she'd have the sense to stay away from the stuff after what happened with her Mum.
