Do you have any more pics of it? Would like to see the engine bay and interior as well as pictures in a better light of the whole bodywork.

Any rust or damage anywhere?

Really, I think after being £3/4k lighter and driving it for a couple of days you'd be gutted if you swapped for that blob, it's not even a wide track so worth around £2k less than he's asking IMO, which does put it roughly in line with your car but I doubt he'd do a straight swap, him being a dealer he's going to want a chunk of cash.

Buy a banger, put yours away for the winter and get it back out next year then you'll fall back in love with it and realise what a massive mistake it would have been to sell.

Car has also been in total impreza magazine with the previous owner.
Here's a couple more pictures anyway.

Stick on piston heads with a well written advert and some really good pictures, someone out there would give 10 large for it I'm sure. May take some time but it would sell.

I realise that, but I also noticed that you said you'd consider swapping it for that Blob eye you linked to. I have a Bob eye, with more power, better wheels and better brakes than that one, and has just had a full (pretty much) respray and could be interested in some sort of deal if you're serious about getting rid?

Read between the line's mate,he's keeping itand I have to agree with him,its a superb car, blobs are all over the place now(I have one)but well modded classics are getting quite rare now as 9 times out of 10 they are always being broken to recoup money back.3 years from now if kept in the same condition it is now, that car would fetch even more money i'm pretty sure of that.SJ.

Well, if he changes his mind about selling/swapping he can get in touch.
I agree Blobs are everywhere, but well modified (in my opinion) ones aren't.
I also think it would be worth more in a few years, as will a lot of limited edition cars, as long as they're in good condition, although that wasn't the reason I was interested in it

I'm sure your right, it's getting harder to find a good classic now let alone in 2 years time. No way I could ever break mine.

After going to a local meet this weekend and looking at this picture I don't think the rb will be going anywhere for a while.
