I want to off load it because I will make money for a change simple. If you look at the earlier posts I was out to buy a Uk Sti, so this was an unexpected bonus. My previous 2 cars were a Evo 8 MR FQ 320 50k miles which was sold for 10200 and exported to Germany. Before that a immaculate Wr1 with 73k miles that sold for £8700 and then relisted 1 week later for £10495 and sold within days. As you can see if i sell anything its fair just this time i got lucky.

Fair play to Webber, I had the first opportunity to buy this but was too much of a scaredy cat to commit and resell, especially if it meant my funds were tied up when a UK STI came about.
Hurst, JPerformance et al are doing this day in day out, so I'm happy to see a fellow member make a few quid for himself
Reference it not even being valeted, I can attest to that too. I even had the garage ringing the previous owner to firm up details.
I will annoy Webber though and say I had the price down £500 less than what he paid because I scared them when I started saying the dials had been changed Still got a bargain mate

Hope you get what you want mate
Ste, the clocks werent changed but the garage didnt know it was a JDM so I used it against them, clearly they looked online at a UK spec and realised indeed the clocks were different. Basically they didnt know what they had and what it was worth, hence Webber getting a bargain. My first widetrack was a part ex from a garage who only dealt in Audi/VW - it pays to take the mick if they are too silly to educate themselves on the cars they try to sell.
