Your a star Jura, will be interesting to see what you can uncover :P

Will have a looksee, but they look very expensive tbh.

Who will be doing the mapping on the EP? I know probably the two of the best honda mappers in the UK. Not thinking about going with Hondata KPro?

Really appreciate all your help guys :-)

Hi Mark

I have still few contacts in US which always are happy to help us and agree original ARC is very expensive, you can try contact Nengun Performance if they can source you this ARC,I know several months ago I wanted to get original ARC magic splitters and I've found only copies

EP3 has been already mapped by Romain at SRR last week and car is awesome to drive.

K-Pro I wouldn't put to my car,we run for few months and has been rubbish and is rubbish, its waste of money,no features which we are need and mainly boost control or injector control is pretty basic, its good if you have NA,but not for boosted applications

Our EP3 running as first EP3 Syvecs S6GP,agree price for K-PRO is better, but no traction control,no ALS,poor LC and mainly no datalogging etc

We run on our wagon only Syvecs and we are went on our EP3 too with Syvecs, simply is worth it

Thanks,Jura

Whey! I was going to recommend Romain, I used to work with him at Eurospec. Top chap! Mapped my scoobs and my Mrs EP3 and DC5 too.

Cheers mate, anything will do it can be a copy genuine doesn't bother me. Its functionality over branding all day long for me. I am going to give it a go building one too lol.

Cheers for your help dude, I will have to pop by Staines again soon and have a catch up beer :P

Build threads are always interesting when someone is doing bespoke parts

To be clear. My comment was of genuine interest, not a sarcastic, before this thread erupts

Comments like that simply suggest that the build shouldn't be shared! Resulting in people not sharing information.

And no not for this Xdevill666 this is something a mate and me are making in a shed :P

Nice work. I have an authentic carbon ARC scoop. Took me a few years to find and I payed a LOT of money for it but love it as well.

Those are most likely not in stock and an old ad. ARC stopped making these scoops years ago, I highly doubt there's any brand new ones in existence.

Looks really good. Why not go all the way across for the exit?

The issue was heat soak, so by leaving the turbo side open and running ducting it should keep the turbo cooler (should). in principle the air will be forced o we the turbo and not straight down the trans tunnel. In theory anyways lol

I meant more on the side where to heat exits the engine bay to the atmosphere. Looks like it could've been made a little wider for more heat to exit. I could be wrong.

Did it in thirds, tbh if I were to do it again I would make the inlet smaller, also think it would have looked better... Thermocouples went in last week to test it too
