i don't know why WRX owners get so much stick? Everyone has their own tastes. I've seen a lot worse than that. The wheel nuts are a bit weird looking tho, but other than that I think it looks alright

I've said it a million times before to people.
I drive a wrx because I love my wrx, if being a subaru purist means I drive an sti with the most power and most expensive parts then I'm afraid I would be an anti-purist.
I could buy an STI at any point but why...
Just to say I've got brembos, 6 gears and more pink than Barbies *****.
And before anyone's tries to get on the "forged" bus, don't. That bus isn't running today.

Thanks all the same but I'll be sticking to my BUG WRX.

Agree with that man, it is called scoobynet after all............. not stinet. Should be welcoming to all, foresters, wagons, wrx, ra's, B's and even the trusty justy. Ive bound to have forgotten someone but your included too. It is scoobynet after all.

And on another note, the original post is not oem, but each to their own and I kinda like it............Havent checked out the wheel nuts yet tho!

I own a hawk WRX and a classic sport too! still an enthusiast regardless of my cars specs, all models have their place..

but his dildoesque wheel nuts are comedic, as is the ride height. each to their own though..

No Daz, it's ****e, cannot be used for it's original purpose and miles away from it's heritage.

You bought a hatch.

Sigh. I'm detecting alot of bland taste and narrow mindedness in this thread.

This is actually a very cool car, yes it has given up some of it's performance for it's looks
but the driver obviously gets laid way more than most of you.

Diversity is car culture. Sometimes it's just great to stick the middle finger up at the gold wheel brigade.

Handbags out eh lads!!..It's down to personal taste,I don't like the STI highline spoiler, that said,my current Bugeye has the raised spoiler which I really like but the STI interior is alot better..Like one fella said earlier,we can't all look the same, life would be dull.Buy an STI/WRX and make it personal to you, modified or standard, engine or bodywork. You're not special because you have an STI..A 22B would make you special!!

I love the "diversity" and "different" comments when all this guy has done is exactly copy what the **** VW "scene" has been doing for years (and who of course copied someone else). It is the opposite of "the future of modding".

Also, people can obviously do what they want to their car but that doesn't make them magically protected from people taking the **** out of it if they want.

A 22B owner

I do love this thread, so many different thoughts as to what makes a good car I like standard cars, but I also like the stanced ones too

I hope you lot don't wander onto my WRX project thread - it'll make you have a duck egg when you see the finished article
I do also own a genuine Prodrive Bug STi, virtually standard and staying that way

They were on the car when I got it, I've swapped out the front indicators and side repeaters for the OE orange items as they had non OE clear items fitted.

I will change the headlamps for the OE parts as long as it retains the beam clarity, the headlamps even with Osram Night Breaker Unlimited bulbs are barely what I'd call acceptable.

I certainly wouldn't swop them back for OE items to get a beam not much better than a candle.
