Haha, I managed to cook my ds2500 pads at Anglesey circuit (having also done oulton park on them though). They just crumbled. That circuit is a killer though with what must be 120 down to 30 for the left hand hairpin.

I'm running the stock WRX 4 pots on mine, but I rebuilt them with 8x new stainless pistons and seals. I'm running ATE Superblue fluid with Hawk HP+ Pads and they're awesome. My Wagon is running about 330 Bhp and the brakes are more than man enough for it. They just don't fade and the stopping power is very impressive.

Where did you get the hawk pads from?

They're quite hard to find over here but I found a seller on Ebay that had 1 set left so I snapped them up!

They're fantastic pads, best I've had on it to date. I had CL RC5+ previously but they literally fell to pieces.

I've heard of them before, just can't think you sell them. Thinking about it I'm sure I could have got them when I had my ep3. How much were they?

They were about £130 for the front end. Rear on mine are just OEM spec pads.

I have a wrx standard car with Godspeeds groove discs and Kevlar pads, and for a slight upgrade with braided hoses they work for me.No track days but like everyone the odd bit of fun.May change pads now as decat and remap in June.
