The British justice system works relatively well for peasants like you and I, however the more powerful you are then the injustices don't even go as far as a courthouse door.
You or I would end up in court and fined for non tv licence, not paying council tax or similar, but mr blair the biggest war criminal of our generation and mass murderer of innocent civilians is living a very wealthy life of luxury. Wait a minute??? Never, can't be true lol

Its not just about the jury, but also throwing out evidence that could sway them before the jury even gets to see or here it, then discredit anything remaining with careful wording and interpretation.
I very much doubt there was any need for corruption was required by friends in high places; If there was any evidence, it would have been destroyed before the police even came calling.

Re the phone hacking: I havn't studied the case enough to give an opinion one way or another to be honest. My guess is that there was grounds for reasonable doubt.

Sums it up quite nicely....
Phone-hacking trial was officially about crime; but in reality, it was about power

With regards to phone hacking and Blair, were you alluding to Blairs only involvement was giving Rebecca Brooks and Murdoch advice, hence he has grounds for reasonable doubt.
