Red face

I've done about 2.5k miles with mine now bung out all the way and to be perfectly honest i don't think it's as loud as everyone makes out.....

I've got a standard downpipe so that will make a difference but even so, it's not ear bleeding loud. Don't get me wrong, i love the noise, how it goes from a 'dugga dugga' low down to a full on 'baaaaahhhhhh' higher up the revs, i just don't think it's as loud as i was expecting after hearing all you guys on here

No sound deadening in the car, i guess it must be louder on the outside or i'm just going really deaf at 24

From what I've read on here, emissions should be Ok coz i've still got the main CAT in the downpipe, so with a bit of fingers crossed that should be Ok.

Noise is a bit debatable, AFAIK there are no laws which state how much DBs you can produce. Obviously if your thrashing about at 6k RPM at 2Am they could easily do you for disturbing the peace. I guess it's like most things, depends on how bad a day the copper is having
