I'm on my phone and so threads are quite hard to navigate, so please excuse the obvious stupidity of this question, but can someone remind me why letting his tyres down and reporting him to the authorities with their 'suspicions' is more preferable than having a friendly word with a neighbour?
I'm amazed this thread got more than two replies. One serious answer of 'talk to him' and one comedy answer of 'burn his van to the ground'. The fact it's turned into a three-pager...

I'd rather look at that than a Caravan. On the other end of the street where I used to live it seemed a collective of residents decided to try and beat each other at getting the biggest caravan possible on their drive. The street started to look like a bunch of pikeys had set up camp there.
