Can't see the neighbours will even notice you changing it to a cobra or similar! If they've complained an exhaust that's slightly less noisy isn't going to cut it. A revolution 3" system might do the job.

Man it don't sound that loud, but saying that its a distance away, you should make little noise if your keeping it on low revs, saying that i got complained at with my jap exhaust on tick over

Not saying the OP does this, but what really doesn't help is the twits that start their car and let it sit there idling before pulling away. Also with the not turning it off for two minutes when you pull up.
My mate did this the other week in his skyline, pulled up outside my house and let it idle for a good 2-3 minutes before shutting it down. And that thing is LOUD!
Just adjust your driving style.

I used to do that and after complaints I stopped idling the car to let the turbo cool down, I also swapped to a Miltek system

So I'm still having trouble finding a replacement exhaust,I've seen 3 different guys on here and none of them fit. Someone has kindly offered to swap/modify his exhaust if his car doesn't leave his hands before next week,if I can't have it I might be looking at having one made up. Anyone had one done and what was the cost? It will just be the back box.
