Nope, Can't say I have. Can't see how reading another thread would really change how comments like "if I can be bothered" when it comes to looking after your own car when giving it out about others who have looked after theirs all be it not the way you deem worthwhile.

Where is this thread and I will have a butchers, only fair to I guess

Thanks

That doesn't look bad at all, pink could still be an option

The whole reason for starting this thread asking for pictures to try and see what looks good rather than jumping in and then not liking it once its complete
If you were judicious with the colour-coding, it could be made to look 'okay', I guess. But for my money, they're just 'too' pink.

Done it again! Didn't see CJS's post above lol...

Yeah, see what I mean; done tastefully, the pink theme can be made to work. The colour-coding of the hoses to the STi brace, etc. looks groovy. Well done Don.

I think maybe Pink against the black car might look ok as you say if done in the right way and not OTT

Blue seems the safe bet but something a bit different could also work.
I have a white Ultra Racing from Strut brace so don't have the pink to work with off that.

Why would I read your thread when its about a rusty junk pile that I dont care about ?

forgive me if I am wrong here but snow foam and clay bars and polish dont come with magical properties like fairy dust
so no amount of cleaning or detailing is going to make rust, dents, paint flake and scrapes disapear

it will be better condition than mine,,,,LOL dont make me laugh any harder than I already am at you
your impreza looks like it was scraped off the japanese sea bed after the last tsunami for christ sake

Only 49k well whoopdy fookin doo
mines 57k but the difference is mines has always been well cared for
so it would not matter if mines was 57k or 87k or 107k on the clock
as your car looks like its been through a destruction derby and is in a right state

it does not matter why your car is a junk pile the facts are that it is a junk pile
and no amount of reading the total pish that you write is going to change my opinion on that

Xline

If you are the legend PS Lewis in a new identity

or the adopted son of PS Lewis

Tubby (or fat -Thomas rebranded ) who has the title of the best wind up merchant that scoobynet has ever had

Or even

F1- Fan
The self proclaimed most hated man on scoobynet and possibly the universe
Then you have done a great wind up on us all

If your another newby ( under 100 posts )

Shouldn't you be asking about dump valves and flamer kits and roof vents and meeting in McDonald's car parks rather then disliking and given abuse to respected posters who actually look after their cars and do a bit more to them rather then abandon them on streets to get dented and neglected

The force is quite strong with this newby

Back to the original poster who actually is looking for help rather then posting garbage

http://www.samcosport.com/uk/colours.asp

Pink would look good seen it a few times on a silver scooby
Black suits bright colours
Orange
Lime green
White ( hard to keep clean )
Blue ( still popular over the years )
Red lots mix it with blue for a stunning effect

Must admit I would love to see the blaze made up with red and blue
That would really have the wow factor on your engine bay

Excellent results can be complimented by rally-techs bolts and coloured washers a bargain at under £40 and battery brace and bolts
Check out the SN group buy at the moment

Once you start it's addictive though

Or you could just park your car up and neglect it and keep the original hoses untill they split

If you're not offended, why are you hurling insults?
Why ? because you are a little snidey bell end and I find it amusing

LOL my car explode PMSL
I have one of the best subaru specialists in scotland making sure my impreza is running amazingly,

while your junk pile has been sitting rotting for the last four years so I would say your junker has a much higher chance of exploding and spilling its guts on the road

I have a thought on why your impreza has sat doing nothing for the last four years

Let me guess 4 or 5 years ago you thought it would be a good idea to get car finance on the impreza STI
then after 6 to 8 months you are struggling to keep it running and on the road and because its on finance you cant sell it and finance is higher than the value of your car,
so it sits collecting dust and rust until you pay the existing balance four years later and with the money you are now saving every month now as the finance is gone you decide to revive the dirty old dog ?

hows my Guess ya pr!ck LOL
