Not as outlandish as you try and portray, plenty of very experienced and eminent barristers, specialising in international law are not as convinced as you, and all live in the "here and now", unlike Blair - who lives in lala land
Not to mention some senior military personnel
Below - from and old article
Human rights lawyer Sir Geoffrey Bindman yesterday said there was a case for taking action against Mr Blair for waging an unlawful war.
He said: “I would not be surprised if a prosecution were attempted in the UK. The difficulty would be to establish his personal responsibility for specific crimes against UK law.”
Sir Geoffrey said there would be serious difficulties in making the case but these were not “insurmountable”.
He added: “It’s very doubtful whether there’s a crime of aggression in domestic law, but that would be the most obvious criminal offence.”
Fellow lawyer Philippe Sands QC, professor of international law at University College London, said Mr Blair could face prosecution in another country – and claimed the former PM had already started altering his travel arrangements as a result.
Mr Sands said: “When Tony Blair travels he now gets legal advice on where he can go and the pattern of extradition agreements.”
“I cannot think of a single international lawyer who thinks the war was lawful. Not a single name comes to mind.

Ask the Kosovans or Serria 'Leoneians' what they think of his 'war crimes'

Same doctrine, no - it was regime change in Iraq
Millions, probably, they did not even bother to count the dead
https://www.iraqbodycount.org/
Puts it at 200k dead, how many more injured who knows

Blair's Chicago speech laid out his clear policy on Liberal Intervention. Iraq was part a continuation of that policy. 9-11 sharpened the focus.
BTW - My views on Iraq at the time were entirely driven by my liberal outlook, the Iraqi people deserved so much better than living under the rule of a cruel dictator.
The way things turned out was appalling. We totally messed up post war. For that Blair is undeniably responsible.

What Martin???
He is a government spy, they use people like Martin to work on lots of different social forums to try and show the government in a good light against the constant stream of negativity.
Normally people like Martin do not have a choice in the matter, it's a case of work for us or we will prosecute you for the crimes that you have been caught for.![Ponder2](images/smilies/ponder2.gif)

Where as you on the other hand, if there is any negativity or wrongs committed by "people of power" there is a 100% chance that you'll concoct another ridiculous conspiracy theory with your buddies on a bodybuilding forum, so yes, you are fully fledged member of the tinfoil hat brigade. ![Thumb](images/smilies/thumb.gif)

Ps...do you love Martin? Do you desperately want his moobs in your mouth?
If yes then I do apologise, if not then mind your own fooking business.
