Teach the Cu*nt a lesson. If you haven't got it in you to do him in.Either send some one round to F*ck him up and finish it or stoop to his level and play games ,ie when he isn't in things go missing or get get broken he wont like this and will proberly get wound up and make a mistake to the point where he will land himself in the soup with the cops.Stand your ground don't ever feel intimidated. There is loads of ways to deal with dic*s like that.

If their being a pain in the butt then contact the council/housing association (which ever) as I think if someone has been moved because of nuisance or aggressive behavior to neighbours etc, they had to sign something saying that it wouldn't happen again. If this is the case then there clearly breaking that contract and therefore are liable for being rehoused/kick out.
Double check it as I'm not certain if what I have heard is true
But I would seek advice on both routes with the council and the Police about getting it sorted amicably if possible.

I've been done for Police harassment (even made the local paper) and more recently warned for criminal damage against another neighbour (by the current officer) so I've got to tread carefully.

I am going to reserve judgement on this. On the face of it, you come across like a complete chavvy arsehole. You decide to drive a seriously noisy and offensively loud car that'd **** any self respecting neighbour off. You've posted pictures of a knife of which you profess to own. You just admitted to previous form. You're apparently pretty tall and built like a brick sh1thouse. You post on the forum rather aggressively. So these things all conspire to make you a total f*cking bellend.
However, you seem like a little lost sheep in this particular situation.
Make you mind up.

The "Make your mind up" part of it could come out badly if that thought hits your brain at a stressful moment. Whatever happens, try to keep the little grey cells ticking over.
Ditch the knife, buy a nice suit and a Jag-war!

As for the Law in West Yorkshire watch the Red Riding trilogy of films.
When I was 18yo a lad with 30 previous arrests kicked my car doors in whilst my cousin was sat alone in the car, the police arrested him later whilst he had his mum at gunpoint. My cousin then ID'd him in a line up and it went to court.
Can anyone guess the judge's decision?

Drive, at least in your own neighbourhood like you don't want to upset people. Stop rowing about irrelevant stuff, damaging people's property and rising to the bait. Hand your knives into the police and just generally keep yourself to yourself.
You're not the only person who's done stupid things in their youth but there comes a time you have to shut up and grow up, especially if you want your children to grow up alongside the rest of society.
