I've always used Paigd pads so likely go for the rs29s as still road friendly but awesome on track. I'll get in touch with them.

I have used ds3000 and didn't like them at all.

Nice first Subaru.

I run DS2500 but with AP 4 pots & 2 piece disc, they do everything I need on road and track, also fit behind 17's. I wouldn't waste the money on trying to sort the brembos, just sell them on for £450/500 while they're still in good condition and put that towards some AP's, by the time you've bought new discs and pads and sold the brembo's you're only a couple of hundred quid off shiny new AP's which will serve you better in the long run.

I and many others on here know which set up we'd sooner have.

Speak to Alyn @ AS performance and Ian or Ben @ Godspeed brakes, you won't go wrong with either.

4 pot ap's could be a option but are really going gain that much over 4 pot brembos.

Has anyone used the Godspeed 2 piece discs ? Or are they a chase of get what pay for...

As a rule I don't like the styling of the Hawkeye

But that is very nice indeed

Hi Chris, car looks great. I have one exactly the same and thought the same thing about the brakes. After looking into it and speaking to Ewen at Clark Motorsport I replaced the standard discs / pads with DBA discs and Pagid pads. The difference is night and day and wouldn't hesitate in recommending the same. Hope that helps. Enjoy the car.
All the best
Sean

Thanks for the advice
Think I've settled on pagid rs29s and performance friction 2 piece.
The brakes do work but just lacks any initial bite. Could be a lot sharper.
