Had a full set of KYB ultra SR and Eibach springs fitted today by scoobyclinic, totally transformed the handling of my WRX (even with ****e tyres!)

i've got bc's/apex 8/6 springs rate, alk, arb , front strut, rear drop links and car was bouncy and clunking noise from rear
noise gone after i fitted rear strut and no more bouncy just smooth ride after roll centre kit, front adjustable drop links plus geo set up.
car could be bouncy with coilovers and arb's only
other parts are old- mainly rubber on them and new parts improve ride a lot

What are these shocks like as a daily driver mate I'm in two minds now as wether to get a set of these with some springs rather than the variant 3s

The ride is fine - can't tell much of a difference vs the old shocks except over bumps which is a bit stiffer - it's night and day on bends though, feels like a different car! I've done quite a bit of reading on coilovers and the consensus (give or take) seems to be unless you are willing to spend serious cash they can be hard to live with on a road car.
