Here's a idea ....

Just keep ONE fecking thread updated instead of starting new ones....

YES you and many others have been blatantly ripped off / fobbed off.
Does a new thread need to be started every day

**** me it's not hard to keep everyone informed with updates on ONE thread.
They must be sat behind there desks fooookin petrified of all the threats ......

I see you all have two choices

1 : swallow a man the fooook up pill and get up there to them.
2 : get some legal advice and pay to have it sorted.

I bought a car from the other side of London ......half way back home it was whining its nuts off , a phonecall to the trader and listening to him try and bull**** me the car was on a low loader back down south to be sorted.

Do people actually think sh1tty threads actually hurt the traders ....look at KTC , absolute sh1te company but still selling **** loads.

Take one of the above options and keep ONE thread updated

Lol, there is a few. But in fairness one was about my issue, then the laws issue now we have one for people to Join up to the fb group. If you have no interest or information don't open any of the threads.....they have a clear title.

As for the big I am speech, I'm more than likely twice your size and always loved a ruckus as much as the next chap but these days it solves nothing, in fact it back fires on you through the eyes of the law.

We need to get the word about as much as we can to find people who have been wronged. Appologies if it's winding people up

The dude above dosent know how the internet works properly , and how search engines work....so the more threads, the more notice on google, the more exposure..

but he is right, KTC got away with it for years, made millions and now sell supercars. Makes me sick, companies growing by screwing people over. No wonder we have shops called 'Rip OFf Britain' ,

No not winding me up....

But there are ways of doing things.....I very much doubt tw@tbook is one of them but as I don't have it I can't comment.

To 'reject' a car things have to be done quickly.
The dealer / trader has the right to have the car back.....this is where they think they have you by the ***** (they don't) , if it goes to court they have to prove certain things ie why it's taking/taken so long to resolve , **** they try and claim isn't down to them etc etc.
It's all about speed.....the quicker you get it back to them the better it looks on your side
I've been there and done it with plenty of back street garages who want to play plastic gangster over the phone.
As I've said just return it and go the legal route if you feel they are taking the pi55

I don't know how the 'search engines work'
I certainly do.......and it's a tiny amount of people who do a search before handing hard earned over
Hence all the treads on most car forums .
Damn most people won't pay £20 for a hpi nowadays....£2 reg text nation on £10k cars

It's true the more threads the quicker and wider the word spreads. And the fact more people will be warned about them too

That's your get out of jail card fella in a court hearing....so just go to court
I've not read your posts so the above I have no idea on.......thelaw , as I posted , your threads will not harm them in the slightest.
As I've said look at ktc (motor hub) , do you think that they are out of pocket on literally hundreds of threads over the net slating them down ....no.

All these planks will do is turn up in court if they can be bothered and say they are trying there best to resolve everyone's problems but problems take time in sorting because of the nature of the cars....ie not ford fiestas...I've been there and done it , heard all the **** that gets said.
Fortunately for me I won on my day so I have half a idea on how to speak to them and how long is a acceptable time limit.

But if you (thelaw) know more than me , please carry on with the Internet crusade.....it will bite you in the *** in the long run

Where will that get you though? , I'd rather have a working car or my cash back.

How would this bite me in the ****? I'm gathering evidence for my case from people who cp have done this to aswel. I have already started my case, contacted the trading standards and the insolvency and have got a no win no fee solicitor in place.

All these threads are not for the benefit of Cheshire performance to read, but are for other ripped of customers, new unsuspecting customers and me.

The more people complaining about this company the less chance they have of winning and hopefully no chance of using stupid excuses like 'they are doing the best to resolve all of everyone's issues with their cars' as all our emails from them say otherwise

Spot on that mate.

Should have reply off my solicitor tomorrow too and hopefully others will have also filled in the cib form.

In top of all that I want the word spreading for people to avoid these fools. It's less custom even if only a few see it.

It must be said that I have had a scrappy courtesy car so a can't claim traveling costs but I took my car back within a week of buying, 6 weeks later I get it back with all major faults still there, brakes, synchro and diff. After they refused rejection I gave them one last attempt to fix a further 9 weeks later they were still fobbing me off then when I say enough is enough suddenly the car is fixed. I arrange to collect, then on the day I get an excuse of they can't get into the lock up where the car is.....Lol. Few days later the offer £400 as compensation plus the car back, then when I accept they say it's probably best if they buy it back off me (for less than I payed) few days pass and no money.....then I get an email saying the director will only pay the money once I've removed my scoobynet thread! Blatant blackmail!

That's why we're spreading it around so much, the guys have no intention of selling decent car like a decent trader. There's even Somone on their own fb page having a similar problem.... The CIB need to hear of all those affected, it will definitely help
