Don't know if you know, but they are/can be bolted on to a bracket behind the bumper to stop people stealing them. You can remove them without taking the bumper off but it's a pain in the ***. It's easier just to take it off.

All you have to do then is pop them in the post with my address on and jobs a good'un

Not yet, I do like it BUT im concerned that the battery is getting ****-wet when it rains and when the freezing temps come will it kill the battery as it's so exposed

Yeah, that can't be too good for the battery, especially if you get some snow settling on it over night

maybe a bottom grill in black to cover the fmic too.

ive been there with debadged grills, air intakes in fog covers, stance **** wheels....

in the end ive gone back to oem as it looks the best, spend the money on power or handling mods instead.

small update time

the carbon bonnet/ducts have gone and replaced with oe spec items although the bonnet is in need of a respray which will be done soon.

oil and filter changed with black filter and millers oil

the rear coil-overs have been replaced along with adjustable top-mounts and im now ready for a fast road set up.

i have bought some 850cc injectors and a perrin short ram induction kit ready for mapping but i need a mafless induction kit now as my maf is in the intercooler pipe-work so the perrin jobby might be up for sale. any ideas on a large mafless one guys?

the car had a bad water leak in the boot area so the rear screen was re-sealed,new oe boot seal fitted and spoiler re-fitted-hopefully this has worked, will find out 2moro when it lashes it down.

next up......

-choose a mapper as paul has left zen or is leaving zen soon

-few minor bodywork issues addressed

-new cambelt kit and water pump

-possibly new clutch as this paddle clutch drives me mad

-new fuel pump ready for mapping

-turbo off for a billet wheel conversion and new seals

-replace the hks exhaust with a scoobyworld afterburner raptor system as i fooking love the sound of them

-bigger brake kit up front maybe ap's/k-sport depending on funds

-not really interested in more power as such,if it makes more then bonus its really only being mapped to suit the new changes
