Good Afternoon Mr. Jamie Jerkovic,

Thank you for contacting City Link.

An instigation was carried out regarding the delivery of the parcel you expected. The driver has advised he delivered the parcel to the correct address.

If you have not received the parcel I would advise you to contact your sender or the 3rd party if you booked the delivery yourself to start a claim for the item.

Unfortunately as the payments you have made have not been made to City Link we are unable to refund any amount.

I apologise for any inconvenience

This is really ******* me off now why doesnt anyone seem
Interested

Shocking and still no mention why the driver has failed to re attend. I would badger them for an answer on this as its now evident that a fraud and theft has taken place. Hopefully paypal will find in your favor and they usually do as long as you reply to all the correspondence in good time.

Spoke to a manager at p4d. He basically said they cant help me as im not the customer. The customer is asb as they booked the parcel for standard delivery with no insurance. So again ive done all this chasing all these companys and its been asb's problem to resolve.

Just waiting on paypal now as im never getting a refund from asb. Poor customer service really. I would advise against buying from them

Seriously, gutted for you.

If they've gone bust, then your only hope now is PP (not that it looked like ASB were going to play ball, anyway).

That's a bit sh1tty !

If one of our customers has a problem with a delivery , we will do all we can to help , all suppliers should , some delivery companies are complete morons and looks like these are in that class , it sounds like they left them and signed for it themselves , seen this happen before , and as the driver seems to be avoiding you I'll bet this is what they have done.

We use DPD for most of our parcels , although they do cost more we have found them to be the best , if they are told by the customer to leave a parcel , they will do but take a photo of the front door , and where its left and they upload that to there website so you can log in with your parcel number and see the pics

What about contacting the police ? or at least threaten the courier company with getting them involved

Exactly bud, I've been doing all I can to sort this when it's not even down to me.
They keep saying the driver was in the correct geo codes and he got a signature. He may well of been here but someone else signed it. Him maybe?? That's why he hasn't popped around? Even today there still telling me to look outside! Even though it's been "signed" for. They must be thick

I have said I'll get the police involved as this is fraud. Someone forged my signature. I just want my money back now just praying for PayPal

That all sounds great Ian, although when your discs and pads were delivered to my wife's shop last month she said the DPD delivery driver just threw them down on the floor. Ok they are only discs and pads, but they were all well wrapped in bubble wrap, which might have pointed to something being breakable inside the packaging.

You AND the seller are being shafted here by a dodgy courier - really worries me as ANYONE can forge a signature on those impossible to write on devices, and they often turn up to deliver in personal cars.

I have some sympathy with seller as these couriers just don't want to know when something goes wrong and charge astronomical unaffordable additional charges to insure the goods (something that should be a GIVEN) thus ensuring they wouldn't get a sale if they insist on it. However doesn't seem like he is on-it, communicative or helpful - hope you get it sorted mate as that is a chunk of wedge.
