You need need to give the system time to bed in, with most new systems it takes a while before noise levels increase. I've changed my system loads of times. At first they start off very quite, but over a course of miles sound increases

Same happened to me with burble also have 3" system, but burble is now deeper than ever. How long you had the new exhaust Manifold on?

Its not the noise levels i miss its the exhaust note, ive also changed to a 3" aps resonated system to reduce levels so i can hopefully now pass track day noise tests. I just find it too raspy now with the tubular headers and miss the deep roar that i had with the stock headers.
