BBC football pundit Kilbane was not at the game himself but heard about the chanting from a friend.
I rang the FA to share my concerns with them over the chants which were directed towards Harry Kane.
Whilst I don't condone inappropriate behaviour, I would not ring someone to complain about something someone else told me, not knowing if it was actually true

No, welcome to world of football! You are as usual making excuses for the scum that the sport seems to encourage!

To be fair to him, as he is often keen to point out, he doesn't discriminate against anybody. Therefore, apart from a handful of people, he argues with anyone else available whenever possible.
Rumour has it that his 'partner' has removed all the mirrors in their house because every time he sees one it sets him off.

No worries. Given the fact my views on football and it's supporters are similar to yours, i was a touch bemused by the accusation that i was making excuses for them. It's not a sport I can find even remotely interesting.

Agreed, it's generally followed by utter bell ends as witnessed by the posters around us on this thread

It's interesting that SN's two biggest homophobes are posting on this thread.... logical I guess given it's about football. Racism..homophobia... bell ends

It does seem to draw some 'strange' types. A mate of mines stag do happens to coincide with the FA cup semi final, apparently his dad and both brothers have said they'll skip the stag do to go to Wembley if their team makes it.

Well in the three or so months since my last contribution we've had players arrested, managers fighting, pitch invasions, games abandoned, violent fracas at various matches, racial abuse by the bucketload and now from South America comes this:

River Plate players taken to hospital after being pepper sprayed by fans

But nah, there's no issue with the game

Not good. Doesn't do any favour to the image of Football as a sport in general.

I dont like football in the slightest.
But i do enjoy many other sports Rugby Boxing MMA if you've ever been to see any of these you are nearly guaranteed to see some blokes after having too much to drink have a fight in the pub or venue after or sometimes during! iv even seen some lads go at it at cricket!

The difference being the Media dont report instantly on the problem and hype it up to make you believe all supporters of football are directly of football factory.
