My95 sti ra mapping

Yes it has the slanty type intercooler, will definitely change the fuel pump regardless as not sure how old it is, will changing the fpr be worthwhile, I take it I will need a two port as I'm not modifying the rails, I'm not bothered about figures, just want to do it as after 20 years would perhaps make it run that little bit sweeter, a few more ponies won't go a miss though!!

I changed my fuel pump as part of the service, like you say the original pump will be getting old now,I have a 340lph fitted now,it's very high flow and maybe a little overkill but I was sent it as an exchange on a faulty batch of 290lph(the new 340lph is top quality)
I have been told the standard fpr is good if not looking for big power but I have a sytec aftermarket fpr with gauge so will fit that since I have it already.
I have found the power delivery smoother since fitting the pump but will not have given any extra power, mapping will be needed for any extra ponies

Updated Fuel pump and an adjustable fpr are a must, You will need an elbow in place of the factory fpr. Beware of fake sard items on eBay. I got my parts from AS performance Alyn also advised on set up.

When I was looking into fuel pressure I came across this table on typeRA.com
The standard oem fpr runs @3bar so depending on what injectors you have and what power your aiming for then this might be useful

This is a great guide, Im hoping to stretch objectives a bit and get near 350 on 440 injectors and a TD05.
