Dont want to stir it up, but its got to be a WRX owner with STi fog light cover envy!!
I dont suppose it will bother you, but comments like this not on. Just cos someone, myself included, cant afford £10k plus for a motor , dont mean that we would nck ff someone else.

Lol I think you will find it's muppets like us who buy bits from eBay, gumtree, breakers etc that make it very easy money for someone to steal cars and bits and sell it all in bits for easy money

It's far from just subarus getting stolen and bits from cars been taken, loads of cars go everyday to be stripped and sold in bits

Think I will leave them off until I get round to bonding them on with tigerbond or similar ?

Unfortunately, that won't stop them doing the same amount of damage trying to get them off.

That was my other thought but stuck between a rock and a hard place ?

Stick them on, do the thieves give up or wreck the car getting them off, or leave them 'unstuck' and you can literally pop them off in seconds ?

Mine got taken around this time last year, I know they are only fog covers but it really annoyed me and even now, I still look out the window before bed to make sure someone is hanging around the car!

When I got some new ones, they were very difficult to fit because the clips were solid and quite long, so getting them off must be even harder. I also used car bond so no one will get them off in one piece. Not that it helps me if they snap them, but least i'll have a slight victory in knowing they wont either.

I did think, if they go again, I might just go for the fog light look...least they cannot be taken!
