Secondary air pump is not going to net you anymore power. Just a good idea to remove it if your engine is out. It can be costly to repair if it goes wrong..

Tumbler valve delete (tvg) should gain you around 10 bhp by removing the butterfly valves in the inlet manifold that cause a bit of a restriction to air flow.
Both of these mods will need the cel codes removing.
