Don't mean to hijack but does anybody run a sealed catch can that doesn't return to sump and if so any pressure issues ?
As I might either relocate the catch can away from the heater intake or use the filter exit off the catch can as the 3rd oirt and tidy the pipework up a bit
you will need a breather port to allow the pressure to be released.
I thought so as excess pressure is normally vented directly into the inlet under the throttle body or into intake tract .
I've just seen a few catch cans that look like they haven't got a vent or filter and just wondered if you can run a sealed catch can set up that doesn't return to sump .
guess I'll leave it as is seeing as it's not broke anyways ;-)

If you are getting fumes into the cabin you could run the breather port down the transmission tunnel
The fumes are only occasional and not excessive only mentioned them as I didn't want the op to fit his in the same place and have the same issue .
I did think about running the tank vapour line down the tunnel to get rid of the last bit of pipework under the inlet .eventually I decided against aiming fuel vapour in the direction of the hot decatted exhaust but yes I might reconfigure the oil vent to do so .
I only finished re shelling into the v1 shell and got it back on the road in late October so I'm itching to get my head back under the bonnet and tweek a few bits.
Just got to wait for rest of bits. And had to re-order breather filter because the place I bought it from were selling an item they didn't have in stock

Where you getting the filter from? I'm going to order one before fitting the can. I will be waiting until the warmer weather get here tho.

I just got one from Ebay, £4.54 I think it was
And I can't wait as my car is off the road again and I'm getting fed up of not being able to pop out when I want

Forgive the dumb question but, what is the advantage If any to having a baffled catch can?
The baffling adds internal surface area for the oil mist to condense onto and separate.
It's not the be all and end all but a baffled can is a better option.
Just got to wait for the breather filter now, but the rest is here
A job for Saturday lol
Matt. I don't suppose you have any clamps similar to what I got in the pic? I need 4 smaller ones as I ordered all the same size but there too big for the 13mm hose
The ones I ordered are 23mm-25mm. I would swap you if you do
There are no pics as of yet of mine being fitted. Hoping to do it tomorrow depending on weather.
There is a link on the first page (I think it is) with what goes where etc

Its nearly done folks. Just waiting on my filter to arrive and then I will take a couple of pics and upload.
I will state though. In the thread posted on page 1 in here, it would be easier to do if you have a front mount! The Y pipe does get in the way a little along with the dv. And working out where to chase the hoses without getting in the way of the air intake pipe, maff and maff condensor.
