Sounds about the right price, you sure your not getting confused with Cheshire performance prices
I bought one recently so been keeping an eye on prices, cheapest none c performance was about 8k fro sva, but thats new import, well not sold in uk yet. Price of em in japan has gone nuts so they are silly money for brand new imports
no clue mate he just copied and pasted it over, think I may just stick with a blob eye but wanted to see what people thought first
i paid 6K for mine, but needs a pretty big list of stuff to sort it, nothing major, but stuff like cambelt, couple of oil seals, then they found clutch was worn, needed undersealing, and then little bits and bobs like window glass come of runner etc etc. Just adds up when you work it out. Stands me at around 8k all told.
I was lucky cos it turned out never to have been undersealed but totaly rust free underneath Needs some tlc on the bodywork, front wing and roof need some paint, but underneath is the most important thing
its genuine advice when it comes to impreza's especially if you are looking to buy one.
firstly sioc has spawned such creations as vader and the hulk etc, but more importantly the average sioc user is illiterate, so you can imagine the general servicing and care that has gone into their impreza ownership.
buy an enthusiast owned car and an enthusiast would NOT entertain going anywhere near sioc.

lol, have to say there do seem to be some truley 'special' specialists on there as well lol
As in special needs.
some truly amazing bad advice ive read on there.
A favourite seems to be mods dont need mapping due to the self learning ecu.
This says everything you ever need to know about subaru facebook pages in general.
no, mechanical work that cost someone their engine.
Loads of advice like that on there, problem is if you don't know any better you may listen to the fcuktards.
Hence why buying a car from there is a no no
To be fair I don't think that was actually someone from SIOC. I think they were just posting up something from Fast Car Mag page
I know but that's the level of intelligence you are dealing with.
95% of sioc members would see no issue with the picture.
Jesus 75% would'nt understand the words without an adult to help.
