I'm senior support engineer for a apple macintosh software developer. What that actually means is I test, support, install and document the software we write. plus I post on the muppet forum a lot

Seem to spend most of my time managing corporate firewalls or playing with UNIX shell scripting....

Like the above , spend most of my day messing with Unix, well Solaris mainly...
ps -ef | nawk '{print "kill -9 "$2 }'
fdpxfunix - wouldn't it be easier to do: echo "it's `date '+%d/%m/%y'`"

Senior Netops Engineer for big ISP/Telco so get to play with some good Cisco platforms (7503's, GSR's etc) and more recently Juniper M40's and Unisphere ERX's (which are bl**dy annoying for BGP). But mostly I sit around doing the square route of f*ck all
