People have different taste. I've always liked GCs, my first Subaru was a 97 Impreza L but I don't have the love for them like many do. I'll take a classic over them any day.

I'm a bug believer currently have two and personally think they will become a future classic myself !!
Yes they look like they were smashed off every branch of the ugly tree but that's the appeal personally and tbh the look does grow on you more you get used to it IMHO !!
My way of reasoning they will become sought after in future is because they are probably broken up and stripped/converted to blob eye etc which is a shame tbh , but on other hand this is what will help make them collectable..
It's the ugly duckling that no one wants is what most say but as time goes by will become more appealing

A properly done Bugeye looks more brutal than any other variant IMO.
I like all the variants in one way or other, all have their strengths and weaknesses.
Still love mine and I've had more than enough chance to swap the front end for a blob or hawk.
No chance anytime soon.

Definitely. I've always really disliked the look of them but when I finally decided to buy a Scooby a few weeks ago I actually considered a Bug eye UK300. When in good condition I think they look decent.

Whats the opinion on handling of a newage Vs a classic - don't want to open up a can of worms but I'm looking at buying an Impreza as a little project and wouldn't be too against buying a bug - I think bug prodrive STIs look great.
