My mate won it, but decided not to complete the transaction as the car is not as advertised.

£6,800

Glad your mate won it and won't pay. Maybe the idiot selling it will advertise it correctly next time

Its already been relisted and still not advertised correctly. And the responses hes given to all of us are just ridiculous, he clearly doesnt care and wants to screw some over. What a total kn*b.

PMSL - New email to my buddy!

Apparently, he believes people will be 'banned' for not wanting to complete the sale on the car that is fraudulently listed. LMAO.

No way, hope he keeps falsely advertising it, and sells it so someone who will end up back at his house with a group of mates and baseball bats... That will teach him a lesson.

Well, it was mentioned that falsely advertising could result in an unhappy buyer and why would he want to deceive people?..and this was his reply.

Lol, I'm scared, I hope I don't get a telling off when he gets me done!

If it's obvious from the advert that it's a wrx, how does a wrx get 330 bhp from a remap?

Surely if he said turbo and injector swap and a remap to get that, fair enough. But just saying remap makes it sound like the other parts haven't been swapped

Just a jumped up scally thinking he can get one over on an innocent person.

When he tries to reclaim his £75.00 eBay fees by cancelling the transaction, he wont find it possible.

Maybe that will teach him to list it honestly in the future.

Just noticed this on Fleabay. As an STI Type R shouldn't it have an 8k redline instead of 7.5?

I've got a pal who's after a car just like it. I'll be sure to send him the link so he can throw a few bids at it...
