there was a guy on here who went for an MOT, the garage informed him that his number plate was different to the test certificate (2 of the numbers were the wrong way round, the test certificate being the correct reg number), he then realised that in the 2 years he had the car no one had noticed until now, he also had never recieved a speeding ticket
If he had of been pulled by the police, well it's a mistake made by whoever made the plate
