If you're serious about it, go look at it and then make your mind up. You won't get consensus on a forum.

Insurance brokers dont deal with getting a car repaired. They sell a policy and the underwriters will deal with the car, the brokers the customer.

And it takes about 66% of value in repair costs to get written off.

But back to the topic, the car in the ad, why is the engine green? Is it to make more eco friendly?

Exactly.
Although in a third party case they can repair the car up to 100% of the value if the customer so wishes

I wonder if you will get slated on here for telling the truth like i did?
Theres too many dilusional people on here who clearly dont know the real facts about insurance repairs.

Jeep Cherokee door fitted and sprayed about £1K, BMW X3 courtesy car for four weeks £1.5 K ! It would have been cheaper to write it off !

Meanwhile, you think I'm going to defend you when you insult where I live?

BTW as a friendly reminder, the original restriction laid out in your last infraction still stands.

so people lets say you went to go view this car..

the chassis seems intact--no obvious welding was done anywhere

you ran it of boost cold for 5-10min and all is good

you warm it up and rag the crap out off it hi boost/revs for 10-15min and took it on the motorway . all is still good..

could do with a full re-spray I suppose but you seen worse

he wants £4395 what would you offer ? or should I say what do you think its worth??

The bloke is also an absolute moron. I made him a genuine offer and he reacted like I'd taken a **** on his lunch.
