I personally don't like the terms immaculate and even worse "mint". When someone says "the car is mint", mint is new out of the box, 0 miles or close to it. A 10 year old car cannot be mint, but it can be very good considering it's age and mileage.
I would say this car is in good nick considering it's age. All the panels are straight, paintwork is good and will get better once i have it after the IVA and importantly the under body is very clean even without any under seal etc.

As for it being the same car. As stated previously Steve, this one isn't clocked. The key word in my previous comments were apparently.
