Mine is as good as the same .. nice turbo as didn't want to put too much strain on engine etc ....

With lots of reliable 450's out there now ... may consider upgrading it to be a 450 .. but .. at 112k miles on the clock .. would probably be too much

As Shaun has mentioned, 450 is easily attained with 1.6/1.7bar and mine is the non-billet version. Also been spot on with almost 18k miles now on it too since fitting.

Car now runs 458bhp with 421LB/FT @ 1.65bar peak / 1.6 held since being remapped for the new cobra exhaust and H&S downpipe.

Pulls much better in the midrange then the older map on the old Miltek exhaust. So its not all about turbo choice, the complimenting mods also play a big part as to how your car will drive.

I'm going for a Borg Warner EFR7064 twinscroll. Should see 450 with supporting mods.

John at Spool Motorsport Developments mate. Nah no graphs as nothing is on my car yet. Was speaking with a bloke on a Facebook page who was running one and those were his figures with very similar supporting mods.

He's back on it mate! Doing most of the fabrication and fitting on mine too (T4 fitment so my up pipe will need work). Not gonna be on and mapped until September I don't think though, need to pay him for turbo end of this month actually!

Any update on this as Im also about to upgrade my twin scroll turbo & wondering what you'r going for in the end?

I'm not really having much luck with Traders though, not sure if they actually want to do any business! lol The only guys that were on the ball and immediately got back to me with questions, recommendations & prices were Scoobyclinic Thats how it should be IMO & am tempted to go with them just for this reason alone

Owen developments after email & phone call put me onto Chevron Motorsport. After 2 emails & 1 phone call have not heard anything from Chevron 2 weeks later.

Turbo Dynamics said go to Litchfields. No response from my email to Litchfields 2 weeks later. May give them a ring though as they may not have received my email or something? Usually they are good on the phone.

Ricky,
Best bet is always by phone to Litcho. They get inundated with emails and phone is the best option tbh.

From my personal experience, the LM450 will be awesome on your JDM mate.
