Immigration...the ex-Eastern bloc says no.

The BBC DID NOT report any of them. Fact.
Now you can go into your, "no it isn't, no it doesn't, no it wasn't", Fast Show character mode all you want, but you won't alter the facts.

And what have we done to stir up trouble there, so we "should" have them?
One interviewed last week was from Pakistan. The interview wasn't shown on the later news. Surprise surprise.
And afaik, there is neither war, nor famine in Pakistan?
Like I said, we are being conned and the deniers on here are part of the problem.

Well EXCUSE me for watching other European TV than the Beeb!!
If that's a conspiracy website, I'll be a migrant myself!
So the FACT that I have seen NONE of those things reported by the Beeb and ALL of them reported on french and German TV makes it a conspiracy?
I think not. I think YOU are seeing conspiracy where there is none.
And I reiterate: IF it's happening (and it patently IS), and the Beeb aren't reporting it, (which they patently AREN'T), two questions:
WHY are they choosing to hide it and what ought to be done about their biased reporting? Because there's no doubt that they ARE stirring up a wave of sympathy for what are, in most cases, economic migrants.
Some of whom are, by dint of the above, going to be invited to come here and then are going to need state support, when we can hardly afford to support our own.
And some of whom just MIGHT be ISIS????

Its called the "I'm all right jack" argument
And you know what, they get it too

I was listening to Croatian radio yesterday, now I'm not able to translate word for word but I do understand most of what's said. There were over 2000 more turned up yesterday and the Croatian Red Cross is struggling to take care of them, 6 of the borders they're heading towards in the whole region have been closed and from what I gather there's total chaos at all of them and similar numbers turning up at each border every day.
On a funny note, Croatian government put out an appeal for people to let them know about any buildings that are not being put to good use to house the refugees, one reply was Croatian parliament building.

Whatever.
he's missed both the original point of this thread, which is that the ex-Eastern Bloc, despite have emigrated en-masse, do NOT want the new wave of migrants in their countries and even less spread across Europe.
And that the BBC has been lying by omission, apparently in order to create a wave of sympathy for the economic migrants descending on us, who may turn out, in part, to be rather different to what we thought.
If that makes my attitude "I'm alright Jack" fair enough, I can live with it.![Luxhello](images/smilies/luxhello.gif)

isnt the crux the argument here the "lying be omission "
..we didnt actually get where we are today by playing fair.
If you want the ful picture you have to pick and choose - and im sure the majority do just that

Conspiracy thoeries aside, it would be very remiss of ISIL to ignore such an easy opportunity to penetrate its declared target countries. ISIL reps need just to tag along with the migrant invasion of western Europe, keeping their heads down, and once they are in place we'd better watch out. They show their own people no mercy, I doubt we'll get much either.

I still feel the same way, and would love to know who told the Beeb to hide stuff, and why?

Merkel seems to have gone strangely quiet after fuelling this whole fiasco with her 'refugees welcome' rhetoric.
Reminds me of those stories you read where a teenager has advertised a party on Facebook when the parents are away expecting 30 people to turn up, then 2000 turn up and wreak the place!
EU has now agreed on 'forced relocation' of migrants throughout EU countries, pushed through by that lunatic Junkner, despite opposition from many countries. That's going to turn out well
Forcing countries to accept people they don't want, and secondly the migrants want to cherry pick the richest countries in the EU like Germany etc, so they won't want to be moved on either.

30,000 at and around the Croatian border, over 700 lorries parked on the motorways and roads leading there. Total chaos, riot police everywhere and more migrants being shipped in by the day, from Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, they are expecting in the region of 8,000 more in the next couple of days.![EEK!](images/smilies/eek.gif)
All this for a country with a similar population and size to Wales, the ones being interviewed all speak `english and either want to go to Germany, Austria, or GB.
It's already cost in the region of 20m euros (not exactly sure what that's been spent on) but it's a bit of a national emergency, they're walking along the roads and people are giving them food and drink, seems to be a constant stream of them all heading this way, camps have been set up for them, because as the title of this thread suggests, the eastern block countries don't want them.
Need to do something to house these people as it's already getting a bit of a chill on that side and will be well into the minuses overnight in the next couple of weeks.
Still in the mid to high 20's where I am though.

Couldn't help but notice yesterday whilst bbc filming journalist in front ship in lesbos ? The cameraman couldn't help himself panning round as a particularly well fed geezer passed in front , on his way to give something ( maybe sausage roll) to his fellow afflictees.

That's going to be where the real fun starts. It'll be interesting to see what happens when they get divvied out and sent to places like Spain/Greece/Poland/Romania.

Apparently the migrants are going to be shared out, at least the ones that are here are anyway, even Serbia are going to have to take some, as they're trying to get into the EU at the moment and have been pulled up on their treatment of migrants by the Croatian government ( some history going on there) but also all the others that have been knocking them back along the way like Bosnia are going to have a few thousand. Doubt that's going to sit well considering all the migrants are already declairing they want to go to UK, germany and Austria.
Going to get interesting when they all realise they're off to the likes of Serbia and Bosnia.

House burglaries once unheard of are common place now and the locals feel as though they are under siege.
Not good.
