Bloody hell, slap yourself mate, that's a lovely flat in a great looking house, I'd be in no rush to leave that and certainly wouldn't be renting it out.
And there was me with this picture of some dodgy looking ex council flat in a concrete block.
Seriously pal, you've got it good, real good from those pics, your boy's not going to suffer being there mate for a good few years yet, by which time you'll have a good few quid in the bank.

Yes, in Whitby, near the park/town.
Some people who have viewed it have said parking is an issue - although I have 'my spot' which only ever I park in, it isn't official unfortunately. In the 8-9 years I've lived here, I've not been able to park about 3 times in 'my spot', so its not too bad.
