Thats a bit unfair? I am now running a billet Kinugawa compressor wheel on my MHI evo3 turbo, without adjusting any WG preload or boost control settings boost peak has gone from 1.6 bar to 1.8 bar and it now holds 1.5 bar to the redline instead of 1.4. So it must flow better than the original MHI compressor wheel?
I have had to decrease boost solenoid duty to run the same boost as before.
It doesnt spool quicker though, my data logs show spool is near identical as the MHI wheel.
By real world results I take it you mean dragstrip? as no two dyno's are the same

They may not be bang on accurate, but well calibrated ones ten to give similar figures.

Search function is a wonderful thing:

https://www.scoobynet.com/general-te...erstation.html

Dyno will come. When my foot is fixed. Not that I'm overly fussed about seeing a figure on a screen. In fact, my previous Blobeye STI Type UK had 3 different results (up to 25bhp apart) on the same dyno

Andy Forrest explains it beautifully:

Without trawling the thread, what's it going on and what mods, I know someone looking to up the power on a JDM twinscroll car and it's over £1k cheaper than the SC, MDX and LM etc...

Edit...scrap that just read the first post

Lol no.

EML came on on journey. Went off before dyno run. Came on during run. Car was in limp mode. In short, mapper and I diagnosed broken as **** MAF and cam position sensor, so running like a bag of dicks! Couldn't get it out of limp mode tonight either

Ordered the new MAF and sensor tonight. Provided they arrive by the weekend I'll try get back over on Sunday for a proper run ☺️

Still, 325bhp on limp mode at under a bar

It felt fast because I've not been driving it

Hopefully back to normal by the weekend, then revisit the dyno...

Aye, as the EML on flicked on for a second or two then went off. I pulled it off after that run to be safe. Might be something to do with the Carberry I think - the EML not staying on that is.

Plugged it in with my mapper when I got home and we found the faults.

Is it not running speed density?

From around 3000rpm onwards, it should. Due to the broken MAF and possibly the cam position sensor, it wasn't/isn't switching from MAF based to SD.

So you're car still has the maf wired in? Why have you not removed the maf and fitted an air temp sensor?
