A lot of bespoke work putting that turbo there, I take it lag reduction gains are massive? Also the oil filter has to be relocated doing this? Hard to see but it looks like you'd never be able to change it!

Oil filter sits behind the oil cooler, you can see it in the pic, easy to change mate.
And yes a lot of custom fabrication to get it all to fit and work well, custom made rad too.

It's a road car full weight 1500kg ish , fastest newage I seen was big arfs, that also had 700+ bhp and had loads of weight removed, seats, spoiler, mirrors, etc etc he did a 10.6 iirc with similar terminal speeds.
I'm confident this will run mid 10's as is with practice and a tweak to the launch control but no way will it do 9's with this weight, even with Mikee Singh driving...

I am in the same boat as you, 1400kg road car, no weight saving mods at all.
