Hi Mark
No, the rear is not toed out anymore. I initially used Whiteline's recommendation for rear toe but, after driving it for a bit, I decided the rear was a little too lively and had it reset to toe in. I should edit that post.

Update: Since I last posted and, after driving many miles on different surfaces, I came to the conclusion that at 2/4 F/R the car was NOT as balanced as I would like. Leaving the front dampers on 2 and the rear anti-roll bar on the 19mm setting, I reset the rear dampers to 3. The car immediately felt the best balanced it has since I started this project and I think that is where I'll leave it. I do find it a bit strange that the 2/4 setting is supposed to be the same setting used on the (non-adjustable) KYB Excel-G dampers and, as such, matched. But I think the 2/3 setting is a much better match (on my car anyway).
