Thanks for the offer, currently Chigreen has offered his time. If something should happen I'll let you know.

Curious, what model car do you have? Because I'm still trying to find out if the WRX and STI share the same gaiter.

So after an afternoon of work from Ian while I watched the bike racing on his tv....

It is great quality as you would imagine, the fit is great, it just needs a little run of glue/tape to stick it to the under plate for ease of fitment and also to keep it in place, which is how they are fitted anyway as standard it seems. I went for the red to go with the red stitching it looks great and has added some nice brightness to the sea of black and grey!

Hi Chigreen,

Thanks for donating your time.

That looks great in your motor! I'm pleased it came out so well.

I hope you don't mind if I steal some pictures.

As pointed out, it looks like it will need a bit of glue to keep it in place as the plate doesn't put enough pressure on it to keep it tucked away. That said, it is held in by those 6 bolts you can see in the images so it won't be going anywhere.

Hi Steve,

Sorry I've been busy recently, I have started selling these but the cost of selling here is prohibitive and doesn't really support small businesses (and I mean SMALL).

You can find the product on facebook if you search for teamtarmac.

Hi 8ulldog,

By the looks of the picture you have a newer hatchback model? I'm attempting to create a template for a hatchback one this weekend.

If you have the same interior as the one above, let me know and I'll send you a link.

Thanks

I've just fitted one of these lovely gaiters, I used a hot glue gun to stick the edges down under the surround and it looks great my old sti one used to sit far to low under the gearknob for my liking and this now sits just under the **** like it should.
Happy days
