Just to finish this off and to be fair to CDF. CDF have been in touch, they're going to update the pictures on the website so they reflect what they actually send, and they've apologised for the delay in the parts arriving. They've employed more people to speed up shipping and bought more CNC machines so hopefully the service will improve in future.

I still can't see how you are not missing a piece, My Tegiwa has exactly the same design, and does need the small part to make the bracing triangle.

CDF=£60.
Tegiwa=£36.


Tegiwa looks better & appears better engineered.There dosn't appear to be any negative comments & are easy to deal with.........................

why would anyone buy the CDF product?

I have to agree here. Can't see how it's going to be as effective without the 2nd brace piece.

My mates cdf brake stopper fitted like crap with that other part .ended up just using the plate ..so thats why i went with the tagwia one instead for my newage
