HEADS UP ! . . .

I lol'd at the "...wee and poo catching me up..." comment. Complete with his trademark massive mug of brew. The nut.

Plus, locking the wheels up on the Brake test actually makes the car take longer to stop.

I enjoyed it but I thought the simulator and aero thing was bull****,
they didn't even have the right model transit on the screen, and how could they know the van would slide out of control if guy applied throttle at speed.
The van was completely untested and the simulator people had no reference to engine characteristics or power delivery (that I know of).
And I don't believe for one minute that spoiler did a single thing.
I love how guy would rather go to sleep in his van than deal with the over enthusiastic Americans haha

The sim had been loaded with all the aero characteristics of the van and from the underneath as well, so the sim's interpretation if you like was based on this plus the van's dimensions, weight etc etc. They knew it was going to have 650+brake that's what they used.

Depends if they used the physics model for the correct van or not. It may well be a case that they created the physics model but didn't bother with the graphic model because it was unnecessary.

I didn't bother watching the airship episode but the human powered boat was shocking, that crew from Lincoln Uni really were hopeless.
Mind you the section with Chris Hoy was interesting purely for the stats about peak power.
