Advice on price - Hawk STI

A service is every 12 months or 10k miles.
The car has been neglected/parked up/left standing, and now the owner wants top dollar for it
Cambelt is 5 years or 50k miles. It's due for it's next belt now
I have seen cars with 500 miles between annual service and MOT, just because it isn't used daily doesn't stop the oil degrading with age, or other parts seizing up, belts not turning
A 50k car will have been used weekly and serviced yearly

The write up it terrible for such a 'rare' car.
Front fog lights!!! I think not!
Adjustable Seats, Like most cars
Air Conditioning, Like most cars
Alloy Wheels, Like most cars
Body Coloured Bumpers, Like most cars
CD Player, Like most cars
Central Locking, Like most cars
Climate Control, Like most cars
Electric Windows, Like most cars
Electric Mirrors, Like most cars
Front Fog Lights. Erm, NO
5 seats, Like most cars
Black, Like you can see in the pictures
WE ARE GUESSING THIS VEHICLE HAS SPENT A FAIR AMOUNT OF ITS LIFE PAMPARED IN A GARAGE. Or the truth is it was just parked in a garage and forgotten about
No mention of metallic paint or paint code, tyre make or tread depth, how many service stamps

Hi all, my post isn't quite in the same vein as the rest of this but here goes...
I've recently started driving my dad's 07 Hawkeye STI (Subaru blue, big wing and gold wheels), which he bought about 6 months before his death in 2007.
Ever since then it's just been kept, only driven on nice days, garaged during the winter etc. Consequently it's now only just done 3700 miles, and is absolutely mint.
I've been recommended by a family friend who recently serviced it that getting an independent valuation for insurance purposes would be a very good idea due to the fairly unique situation of this car.
Just incase the moderators come looking, I'm not looking to sell, so this honestly isn't me cheekily trying to advertise the car for free. It will never be sold (far too much emotion tied up in it), I really do just need help with a valuation.
Any ideas?
