No it something underneath, but same idea. Something rubbing on the metal. Only when the seat is in a certain position and when going round a corner at a certain angle. I fired a wee squit of WD40 and it stops it for a good while.
Oh well, just incase here's some pics. Its a OEM version of the Recaro Sportster whilst the 330s is likely based on the Recaro speed, chances are they have the same backbone construction. The two last pictures shows the offending part which is polystyrene with some fabric over the top, this had become unglued and had dropped down rubbing against the steel bar that is part of the seat back adjuster (you can just about see it passing underneath on the bottom right) this resulted in a rapid high pitch metallic squeak (like a rusty door hinge) that was almost constant on rough roads.
