I would keep it too (unless you're in need of the money) and get something cheap as a daily don't let it go for 5-6k. It could be that cars around that age are now only bottoming out and will start to rise again. Look at the jdm classic models and how they are going now , although it has taken around 15 years give or take a few years for them to start going the way they are now, and the cost to import now does play a part in that. I would think other more modern subaru's will follow in time.
A spec d might just take a little longer to sell. Personally I would take one of them over a wr blue sti as they are so common but im in my late 30's and like subtlety and something a bit different.

I'd do some research if i were you. I mean, each to their own and you are welcome to your opinion and i may be bias. But those who know, know the SPEC D is not anything like that!

recreations are only really worth it if the car is mega price, you could pic up a uk sti for less than a spec d but you would have the added cost of taking the spoilers off, add fogs and other than the leather would look like a spec d.
rare cars might be a different story, only 25 Sti limiteds out there assuming none have been scrapped

OP, how long has the car been on the market? What you're describing does not sound unusual in terms of the private-sale experience. You get loads of timewasters, people lowballing you, no-one bothering to view. It's why WBAC and the like have a business.
But then, eventually, a serious buyer comes along. It's a matter how long you're prepared to wait.
PS I suspect "Pedroimpreza" = fawor

Its been about 8 weeks in total i think, give or take, so not overly long. It was more the time wasters and values they were offering that got me starting the post.
I am kind of in the mindset to sell as i LOVE the car, but, i know its not practical for me as a daily anymore. So now i am in that head space. I should sell it before i convince myself to stick with it. Alas, with no way of storing it makes more sense to let someone else enjoy it.
