if it was something mapper/garage did, then IMO you should say what it was (if you know), and if it wasn’t their fault, you should still say what the issue was, because you’ve dragged their names through the mud.

Almost everyone in the Subaru community benefits from knowing who to go to and who to avoid, but it needs to be a truthful assessment to be useful.

id never use Bob Rawle again for reasons well documented on here
I’d never use scoobyclinic again for reasons that I don’t feel like sharing at this time
