me i got number 20
paint problems yes every time a stone hits it
and the gearbox melted last night driving in 3-4-5 realy kills the performance

Kwiky,There have been quit a few P1’s that have had gear box problems, including mine.
I have just had my gear box replaced under warranty for a problem with 2nd gear.
It seems as though the gear box is a possible weak point on the P1.

might be cos P1 drivers push the limits, it's a **** when you lose your car though. the guy at lancasters told me the nut on the end comes loose i think he might hve been talking about the nut behind the wheel good to know i am not the only one if i have problems with the warenty co though.
bird has just sold a honda S2000 and wants a scooby she wants a 22b but i am trying to get her into a P1 two P!'s on 1 drive would be cool

I have lovingly cared for no.850(X)which very annoyingly suffers chips at the mearest hint of a flying stone!!
May soon been for sale i'm afraid but trying hard to hold on.
