Not that either is acceptable, just find if Interesting how the press are framing it.

Riots hve been going on for months already. Question is what happens next, If the dems crak down on the trump supports it is going to get 10 times worse. Right now it needs de-escation, not doubling down as thay will only fan the flames.
You are correct in so much as both are wrong, but the leader of the country should not instigate either, and he did instigate one! Time for the 25th, methinks.

However, that could lead to Pence pardoning him

There is a tremendous amount of double standards being applied, most notably the very correct observation that if this were BLM protestors doing what happened yesterday, there would be a lot more dead and they never would have got in.

Rioting or protesting is semantic at this point we all saw what happened, although i would say a riot involves a large number of people so it's correctly described in my opinion.

I would also describe it as a manipulation of some very easily led people. As for those Senators who sided with them, they must be expelled.

I guess it's a pity that the Brexit referendum result didn't trigger protests like that..eh? A lot of people didn't like that result either.

Trump aside, can anyone tell me why various folk (politicians, pundits, AWFL/Beckys, opinionists etc.) want a president to leave before inauguration day?

AFAIK in modern history the outgoing president always leaves on Inauguration day and the next one is sworn in. Well, that was the case with Clinton, Bush, Obama etc. at least.

There will be a president. They just think it should not be Trump between now and inauguration. And, to be honest, any sane person can see why they do not want him at the helm. He is completely unstable.

Totally agree, should just be the @POTUS account, which anyway should be curated and managed by the office, not the President directly.

Because politics in the US has become totaly polarised. The main stream media has been fanning the flames for many years and alpt of people have had enough of the whole democrat 'trump bad, stuff America' narrative, rather that reasonable discourse.

Actualy no they didn't.

Trumps official team only launched 3 and none of them saw a court to judge merits, they were refused in procedural grounds.

There is evidence of some fraud, question is how wide spread was it?

Produce a list then !

Notwithstanding that there is always a very small amount of fraud

But enough to constitute a conspiracy

Rudy didn't even alledge fraud when he got to court, their star witness was clearly drunk or on pills when trying to alledge wrongdoing.

Dominion are coming after Sidney Powell, probably Trump aswell.

Many republicans won seats in this same election, they don't want those tossed out.

Donald should stick to golfing and being a TV host, in my opinion he was in the presidency for self gratification primarily and that's not what's needed to do the job well.
I very much doubt we will see him hanging around for 4 years trying to make america great again when he has no one to bark at.

Some of it is anecdotal but some is very sketch indeed. All i'm saying is there is enough evidence that if it was here i would want it looked into properly to confirm one way or the other.

It's the far right news outlets and social media that have been fanning the flames. I spend probably too much time on right wing sites like Breitbart reading the comments sections - good luck with expecting reasonable discourse. There is a complete lack of critical thinking in Trump's base, they believe anything he says, and every conspiracy theory. They really believe that all Democrat voters are their enemy, are evil, hate America, want to kill babies, and are communists. If you try and have reasonable discourse with them, they call you a commie (at best) and block you. It's a cult of fascism, if you use your own critical thinking you'll realise this. We don't all rely on mainstream media for our world view. Everything that Trump has been manipulating is straight out of Mussolini and the ***** play book.
As far as election fraud goes, again, using critical thinking: it would take a huge conspiracy involving thousands of people to pull it off. Not one whistle blower. Not one shred of evidence (yes, I've studied the videos of suitcases under the table and all the other "evidence"). Trump planted the fraud seed some time ago, it grew on social media in the echo chamber, and was an oven ready solution to losing the election.

It's more than just a few suitcases or a planted seed from twitter, go and look at the info on the link i put on the post above. As said some is anecdotal, some is witness statements (some from sorn in people appearing at heardings) and other evidence.

Seen it already, and many others like it too. I'm not convinced. A lot of the sworn affidavits were by people who witnessed perfectly normal behaviour, they just didn't understand how the count procedure works.
Remember Trump was claiming fraud in the 2016 election because he lost the popular vote, although he was blaming 3-5 million "illegals" then, rather than the Dems creating non existent votes. If there was fraud, the Dems would have been gunning for the down ballot republican candidates, creating a blue wave. And if election fraud was expected, why did Trump do nothing to prevent it? Why did he dismantle his own voter fraud commission?

It might have done if the result went the other way!
Its only the crazies that believe the right wing propaganda and are all too eager for extreme action.

The key thing you (and the rabid pro-Trumpers) seem to be failing to grasp is that ALL of these allegations have been investigated in extensive detail, and have been found to be completely without foundation.

Had anti-Brexit protesters tried and/or succeeded in forcing their way into the House of Parliament and begun trashing the place, they would no longer have been protesters, but rioters. Just sayin'

if you really think All have been looked into then your not truley understandiung the situation.

You see how you went straight to discrediting by saying 'rabid pro-trump supports? does that mean we should label you a far lestist lunatic? You see how your going straight down the polarised route that prevails in current media and social media which has caused the situation in the first place. Just because someone disagree's with what you are saying doesn't mean they are bad people or have some nasty intentions.

I agree, the second it goes to violence or property destruction (for want of a better term) you cross the line.

If you seriously believe that if after more than two months since the election, we wouldn't have heard everything there is to know about any credible theory that might actually hold water, then you're the one who isn't truly understanding the situation.
